A section is the lightest form of private hire. Your group has its own space within one of the rooms while the rest of the club runs a normal night, so you get the energy of a full room without your guests being scattered across it.

The whole venue takes both floors, and the staircase between them, for your event alone. The capacity for exclusive use, the hours and the terms are set by the venue for each event, so we ask for them against your date rather than quote a number that may not apply.
Which Floor Suits Which Event
The club has dark panelling, warm low lighting, banquette seating and a long bar, with a staircase between the two floors. What separates the floors is the music and how each room is used.
Upstairs is the natural base for client entertaining and corporate nights. It is the main room, where most tables sit, and open-format hip hop and RnB suits a mixed crowd of colleagues or guests.
Downstairs suits a team party or a birthday where dancing is the point: it plays house and is darker and more dance-focused.
The whole venue is the answer when one floor is not enough for your guest list, or when you want both sounds under one roof.
Corporate Nights, Birthdays and Launches
Corporate nights. A floor gives a company its own room on a club night, and the whole venue suits a larger company party. Two practical points before invitations go out. First, the door policy is 19+ with physical photo ID, a year older than most London doors, which matters if your team includes younger staff. Second, if the company is paying for its annual party, HMRC's rules on staff parties can make it exempt from tax and reporting when it is annual, open to all employees and within a set cost per head, so check the venue's quote against that limit.
Client entertaining. A section or reserved tables upstairs keeps your guests together in the main room, rather than spread across a busy club.
Birthdays. A section suits a birthday that is too big for one table and too small to fill a floor. For a smaller group, a table booking is usually the simpler route, and it is covered below.
Launches. A floor or the whole venue, with the timings and anything you want to change about the room, from the music to branding, put to the venue as part of the enquiry.
Nights, Hours and Getting There
99 Regent Street opens on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 11pm to 4am. Both floors run on Friday and Saturday; one floor opens on Wednesday and Thursday.
A section works on any open night. For a floor or the whole venue on a Friday or Saturday, when both floors run, ask as early as you can. Other nights, earlier starts and exclusive hire outside the normal schedule are on request: we put the question to the venue with your date and come back with what is possible.
Guests enter on Swallow Street, through the entrance the Cuckoo Club used; Time Out's listing for the old club gives the same Swallow Street address, W1B 4EZ. Piccadilly Circus is two minutes away, and Oxford Circus and Green Park are both walkable.

The minimum spend or hire terms, the capacity for exclusive use, the hours, and the deposit and cancellation terms are all on request, because they depend on the night, the format and your numbers. We ask for all of them at once, so you can compare options like for like before you commit.
For reference only: a normal-night table starts from £600 minimum spend, which is spent on drinks rather than charged on top and covers entry for the whole group. That is a table on an ordinary club night, not a hire price.
