As a VIP table client you can move freely between the VIP section and the main floor, and you can bring people from the main floor up into the section as your guests. Anyone without a VIP table cannot get in on their own.
VIP availability on Halloween is extremely limited — there are only so many tables in the section, and Saturday 31 October will go first. If VIP is what you are after, this is the booking to make earliest.
Little Tape Halloween After Party
Little Tape is the smaller, more intimate room inside the same building at 17 Hanover Square. It runs as an after party on Friday and Saturday nights from 3am until 5:30am, which means on Halloween weekend you can carry on well past the main club winding down.
