As of 7 October 2026, Annabel's had not publicly announced its 2026 Halloween theme or date. In past years the theme has become public when the facade went up on Berkeley Square shortly before the party, so expect news in the second half of October. We will not guess at a theme here: anything you read before the club's own reveal is speculation.
What has stayed consistent is the scale. Annabel's treats Halloween as a full production: a themed facade on the building, a redesigned interior, performers, a matching menu and members who take their costumes very seriously.
Past Annabel's Halloween themes
These are previous years, listed for context only. None of them tells you what 2026 will look like.
- 2019: Game of Thrones. Mist, fire, costumed riders and a fire-breathing dragon replica made it one of the club's most photographed Halloweens.
- 2021: a killer-clown circus. The entrance was a giant clown head, and guests walked in through its open mouth into a dim, horror-hotel hallway.
- 2023: Horrors of Venetian Carnival. A hand-carved Venetian mask with animated eyes watched over Berkeley Square, with masks, feathers and orange-lit chandeliers inside.
- 2025: Valhalla. The club turned to Norse myth, with gods, warriors and fire as the theme.
Other years have run different ideas again, including an alien invasion theme. The pattern is a big, single-concept theme rather than generic Halloween decoration, and the costumes inside follow it.
Who can go to Annabel's Halloween party?
Annabel's is a private members' club at 46 Berkeley Square (Time Out describes it as one of London's most iconic). Its Halloween party is for members and their guests. In practice that means:
- Members attend and may bring guests under the club's own rules and capacity on the night.
- Guests need a member to invite them and put them on the list. There is no public ticket sale and no door entry for non-members.
- Membership is by application with proposers, and it is not something to arrange in October for a party at the end of the month.

Dressing for an Annabel's-level Halloween
Whether you are a member's guest or heading to a Mayfair club, the standard is high:
- Commit to a concept. Themed, finished costumes fit the Mayfair crowd better than a shop-bought mask.
- Keep your face visible for the door. Bring photo ID and be ready to lift a mask or wig for the check.
- Leave realistic props at home. Toy weapons and large props are a problem at any door; bulky pieces go to the cloakroom.
