99 Regent Street is a two-floor club holding around 200 per floor, open Wednesday to Saturday from 11pm until 4am. Here is how the guestlist works, what it costs, and the things that decide whether you walk in or stand around.
Mixed Groups Work Here
This is the headline. The 99 guestlist is not ladies-only — groups of men and women go down together. Several upscale rooms in this postcode do not operate that way, and if you have tried to organise a mixed group for a Mayfair night you will know how much friction that removes.
What It Costs
From free up to around £50. Three things move it: which night you are coming, how busy that night is, and what time you arrive.
A quieter Wednesday is often complimentary. A full Saturday with both floors running sits at the upper end. We are not going to quote you a fixed figure, because anyone who does is guessing — ask for your specific date and we will tell you what the night actually looks like rather than promising free entry and leaving you to find out otherwise.
Arriving
Earlier is cheaper and earlier is easier, every time. Two hundred per floor is not a big room and the upstairs floor peaks well before close on a weekend. Closer to 11pm than 1am makes a real difference to both what you pay and whether the list is still open at all.
Know Which Floor You Are Getting
Wednesday and Thursday only one floor runs. Friday and Saturday both are open. If you are coming for house specifically, that means a weekend — turning up midweek expecting the downstairs room is a disappointment that is entirely avoidable by asking first.
The 19+ Rule
Entry is nineteen, not eighteen. One year, and it is the most common reason a group arrives and someone does not get in. Check the youngest person before you make plans and make sure everyone has physical photographic ID.
It is an awkward message to send the group chat and a far more awkward conversation to have on the pavement at midnight.
Groups and the Door
Door teams read group composition everywhere, and an upscale room reads it closely. A balanced group arriving at a sensible hour moves through. A large group arriving as one block late on a Saturday gets more scrutiny — true at every selective London door rather than anything specific to 99.
Arrive earlier, come in smaller clusters rather than one wave, and make sure everyone has read the dress code.
Dress Code
Elegant, and genuinely applied. The guestlist does not soften it; if anything the door looks harder at list guests than at table bookings, which is true almost everywhere. This is a room that positions itself deliberately upmarket and the door is part of that.
If You Would Rather Skip the Door
A table removes the question entirely. Entry is included for the group, minimum spends start from £600, and you get a private table, bottle service and a host for the night. For six to eight people on a busy Saturday that often works out close to what the door charge plus bar spend would have cost anyway — with the difference that you have somewhere to sit and nobody queues.
How to Join
Message us with the date, how many of you there are and the names in the group. Lists close ahead of the night and close earlier on weekends, so the sooner you ask the better. It costs nothing for us to arrange.
