LIBERTINE HAS CLOSED

Libertine has closed. The hip hop and RnB club on Winsley Street, just north of Oxford Circus, is no longer open, so there is no Libertine guestlist to join. Selene now operates in its place.

➤ Tape London: on Hanover Square, one of Mayfair's hardest doors, with hip hop, RnB and Afrobeats until 3:45am.

➤ Cirque le Soir: on Ganton Street, circus-themed, with acrobats and performers through the night and hip hop and RnB.

➤ Maddox: a sleek, table-led Mayfair room on Mill Street mixing hip hop and house.

➤ The London Reign: on Piccadilly, an American-style club known for performers, big production and hip hop.

WHAT LIBERTINE WAS

When it was open, Libertine was known for champagne shows, hip hop and RnB, and a socialite crowd in its twenties and thirties. Its guestlist entry fees and rules no longer apply.
