The 4 Most Instagrammable Clubs in London

Updated: Aug 6, 2023

The best time to take an Instagram-worthy picture is on a night out when you’re dressed to impress. That’s why it’s only fitting that you make sure you pass by a truly Instagrammable location on your night out.

This list of the 4 most Instagrammable clubs in London will tell you everything you need to know about the best nightclubs and photo booths for a dazzling photo. From the colours to the vibes and aesthetics, we’ll help you prepare for your night. We’ll also help you get on the guestlist for the club you want.

1) Tape London

Tape London is one of the most elegant high-end clubs in Mayfair nightlife and can be accessed by joining the Tape London guestlist.

It’s also known for being the stomping ground of many A-list celebrities, from Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner to Cardi B and Offset, Kevin Hart, Dave Chapelle, G-Eazy, and the list goes on.

Now, the club is filled with picturesque places, especially because the lights are always spot on. However, the main Instagrammable areas are Tape London’s two photo booths.

The first Tape London photo booth is an ultra-digital space-age capsule. It’s a booth the size of a cleaning closet, but it’s lined with mirrors and programmable neon tube lights.

What’s better, you can use the booth’s camera to take pictures which are then animated into a video and sent to your phone on the spot.

If you’re looking for a dazzling photo that makes your followers do a double take, the first booth is the way to go. The space provides impressive and attention-grabbing visuals, especially if the lights complement your skin tone. Plus, you get a cool edited gif-style video to remember the day.

While the second Tape London photo booth is also a bit reflective, it’s got more of a vintage aesthetic than the first booth. The whole booth is lined with cassette tapes from top to bottom. In the centre of the booth, you have the Tape London logo drawn in white LED wire lights to contrast the photo booth’s red lighting.

If you’re one for posing and if close-ups are more your style, we recommend the second booth. Because it is a tad wider than the first booth, it doesn’t offer natural borders to frame the picture. However, it leaves you with more space to pose and fascinating results when you start taking close-ups.

2) Cirque Le Soir

Cirque Le Soir London is a Soho nightclub that’s based on a horror-circus/carnival theme. So, all over the club, there are props, decorative pieces, and interesting characters to feature in your pictures. From snake performers to carousel horses, there are many elements that make Cirque Le Soir one of the most Instagrammable clubs in London.

Needless to say, Cirque nightclub also has its own photo booth designed especially to match the club’s dark and decadent persona.

The booth is a large room with leopard print on the wall and an LED ‘Let’s get naked’ sign. In the middle, you’ll find a circular bed with a velvet cover and a turquoise satin headboard. It’s the perfect scene if you’re all for getting extra cosy in your pictures.

For props, you can get fake cash or their own velvet-robed performer with plenty of character to add wild and fun vibes to any photo shoot.

The fun part is that the whole room is decorated in a decadent 70s aesthetic. So, you can take pictures anywhere, on the tiger-striped carpet, next to the record player, or anywhere else really. You can also use literally any props around in the room, from magazines to the telephone, to create the vibe you want.

What we love about the Cirque nightclub photo booth is that it has a strong persona which means that, for those who like this vibe, they’ll love the booth. Unfortunately, this means that it can be a complete miss for some.

3) The London Reign

The London Reign is another one of those clubs where you can take a picture almost anywhere and it would look good. Because London Reign’s interior is impressively grandiose, think vintage Vegas cabarets and large jellyfish tanks, taking pictures in the club can give you impressive results.

The reason why the London Reign photo booth is number three on our list is that while it provides an elegant space for photos, it doesn’t deliver on the aesthetic.

Reign’s photo booth strategically puts circle-shaped programmable LED lights on the side walls and the booth’s ceiling. Meanwhile, the floor-to-ceiling mirror on the back wall makes the room look infinite.

It’s a great booth that will get you looking like a Vogue cover model. Not to mention, it will help you get creative with your poses too. The only drawback is that the booth itself offers no special aesthetic.

4) Tabu London

A Tabu girl posing next to the Tabu London bar.

Tabu London doesn’t have a photo booth, but the club goes so above and beyond on the vibes and aesthetic that it’s an unmissable venue if you want a truly unique picture.

Tabu is a modern-day Tokyo-themed exclusive Mayfair club. Inside the club, you’ve got everything from old-school Jumbotron-style digital signs, famous Japanese brand signs, chaotic Japanese graffiti, neon lights, and more.

The staircases look like scenes from the world-famous Godzilla Road, Shinjuku. Meanwhile, the second floor looks like an authentic Tokyo alley with the graffiti and all the works.

While both present great photo opportunities that make Tabu an extremely Instagrammable club, our favourite area in the club is the Tabu London ladies' bathroom.

The ladies' bathroom at Tabu London contains a small powder room with vanity mirrors, seats, and a baby pink wall decorated with an aesthetic pill design. It’s great if you want a larger-than-life feel for your pictures or if you want to indulge in your own beauty and forget the camera.

What makes the bathroom even better is that its walls are covered in black and white manga-style character drawings. Yet another perfect place to pose for a few pictures.

There you have it, the 4 most Instagrammable clubs in London.
